Here is my story: In 2007 George sold us our house in Williamsburg. In getting every opportunity to know George my wife and I never thought about using another realtor to help us in marketing our house. What makes this such a big deal is the trials and tribulations George, my wife and I went through to make this happen. All the failed offers and low ball deals might have discouraged another person. After attempting to sell our golf front Bay Hill home for close to a year with another long time friend and well experienced realtor, we decided we needed to enlist the proven expertise of George Stringer . At the time we first listed the home, we thought the market was still very hot and that the house would likely “sell itself”but soon came to discover that the market downturn of the last year had unfortunately already settled in. An attractive sale that fell apart for mysterious reasons in October had been part of our experience.

By mid December , we asked George for a meeting. As usual he was well informed about our unique neighborhood and its inventory. After learning all about our situation, experience to date and the various struggles we were wrestling with, he generously suggested a shared listing with our other agent. We were so impressed with his generosity and creativity and were not even aware of the possibility of a “joint listing”! It worked very effectively in our sensitive situation and we continue to be very appreciative for that.

All in all, we are very grateful that the property is finally sold ! Retrospectively , we should’ve had George on point from Day One. Our outcome would likely have been swifter and better .
