Parkside
Parkside is a community of nearly 300 homes and located east of South Apopka Vineland Rd and just west of the lower part of Big Sand Lake. A pretty good location. For those that are out of the area the community is 11 miles southwest of Downtown Orlando and a 5 mile Drive to Universal Resort. Basically everything you would ever need is within a 5 mile circle. Soon much more will be available just a shore distance to the south.
